As spin out manager, Rob is responsible for maintaining the flow of high–quality sustainable spinout based on technology from within the University research base, while also enhancing the value of existing portfolio companies.
Prior to joining QUBIS, Rob served as the Head of Innovation for one of the world’s largest sports–brand portfolio companies, where he led the development and implementation of innovation process and strategy to deliver market led innovations that solved important problems for consumers, ranging from professional athletes to the high street.
Rob is a seasoned expert in innovation, with a PhD from Loughborough University. He is passionate about helping organisations to unlock their full potential through innovation and is dedicated to helping companies achieve their goals and drive growth through creative problem solving and strategic planning.
