More great news from EventMAP HQ – this time we’re pleased to announce that our Booker room-booking and management solution has been selected by Invest Northern Ireland for use in their new enterprise hub in London.
The new hub is scheduled to open in late September at 10 Dominion Street, just north of the City of London, and will be a state–of–the–art facility for Northern Irish companies seeking to develop and grow business in the capital. It will provide convenient spaces to meet both potential customers and investors, as well as hot–desking facilities for Invest NI client staff.
Booker will be used to book and manage both the meeting facilities and hot desks and will provide Invest NI with the ability to efficiently manage and optimise the entire process – from booking right through to monitoring room usage, tracking attendances and analysing usage patterns.
The enterprise hub will be starting small, but the plan is to eventually provide facilities to accommodate the needs of over 100 Northern Irish companies. InvestNI client companies will be able to log into Booker directly from their offices in Northern Ireland to select and book appropriate meeting and desk space at the enterprise hub in a matter of seconds.
As a long–standing client of Invest Northern Ireland, we would also applaud this initiative as an excellent means of helping Northern Irish companies to further increase their penetration into the UK market.
