Welcoming Paul Terrington CBE to the QUBIS Board as Chair Designate

We are delighted to welcome Paul Terrington as Chair Designate of the QUBIS Board. Paul brings a wealth of leadership experience and strategic insight, having served as a Partner at PwC for over two decades. During his tenure, he led the UK and EMEA Consulting practice for four years and was Head of UK Regions for three years. Across these roles, Paul was a member of PwC’s UK Management Board for seven years.

As Chairman of PwC Northern Ireland for nine years, he played a pivotal role in driving significant growth, expanding the team from 500 to 3,500 people. His expertise spans business model transformation, organisational restructuring, growth strategy, and digital innovation.

Paul has also contributed extensively to the wider business and civic community. He is a former Chairman of the Institute of Directors in Northern Ireland and served on the national IoD Council. As Chair of the NI Hospice Development Board, he helped raise £12 million to build the new Hospice facility and has served as a Hospice ambassador since 2016.

In addition, Paul has been Chairman of the Ulster Rugby Management Committee since 2017 and joined the Northern Ireland Development Board of the Prince’s Trust in 2024. In recognition of his services to the Northern Ireland economy, Paul was awarded a CBE in the 2021 New Year Honours list.
